1 on 1 Training

Everybody and every body is unique. That is why we assess every individual and build a completely individualized program based on their goals, needs, and preferences.

Our experienced and highly qualified coaches will provide 1 on 1 guidance to help you reach your goals, no matter they are!

Small group Training

Do you have a friend, friends or a partner you would like to work out with(or are you looking to meet a new training buddy?) but still seek the individualized programming and attention of our 1 on 1 training sessions. You and up to 3 people can have just that!

With our small group training, we still assess, program and coach to each individual but with the added energy and (perhaps) competitiveness that comes with having a training partner!

This option is offered in 6 week blocks, with varying focuses each block.If there is an opening you can sign up and join in at any time.

If the energy and social aspect of a group is what motivates you, we offer that too! While we definitely have fun and emphasize the social aspect, make no mistake- WE ALSO GET AFTER IT!

Our boot camp classes keep it moving getting your heart rate up, while also focusing on fundamental movements to build strength and athleticism.

Our weightlifting classes slow it down (JUST A LITTLE) and crank it (THE WEIGHTS AND INTENSITY) up! You’ll learn your way around a weight room, so you will never feel out of place around the “heavy weights” again.
