Mon 7:00-8:00pm (starts 9/29)
Weds 5:30-6:30pm(ongoing)
Inspired by the workouts Neil created for the Division 1 athletes at UMBC, this session has it all- mobility, power, strength, and metabolic conditioning! Appropriate for all levels, just come ready to work!
Boot Camp
Tue 6:00-6:45am (starts 9/30)
Thur 6:00-6:45am(ongoing)
The goal for this class is to get the heart rate up and then dont look back! Using weights, ropes, bikes, sleds and everything else we have we will keep you moving!

Saturday Morning Barbell Club (powerlifting) Saturdays 8:30am-9:30
Functional Fitness Saturdays 9:45am-10:45
Group Exercise Pricing Info (Effective 10/1/2025)
4 Classes/month- 80$ ($20/class)
8 Classes/month- 130$ ($16.25/class)
12 Classes/month- 180$ ($15.00/class)
Package is eligible for any class offering unless noted specifically
Package renews automatically 1 month after sign up etc
No refunds
No show for class still counts as a class used
Classes do not roll over into the following month
