gROUP EXERCISE CLASS SCHEDULE
Class Description
Running, cycling and swimming are the most common forms of both recreational and competitive exercise, but unfortunately mobility targeted to these activities is not quite as common. With a focus on dynamic mobility, as well as soft tissue, static stretching and breath work this class will help you improve recovery, while decreasing your times and your exercise- related discomfort!
Cost: $15 Drop in ($10 for personal training clients)

Mobility for Endurance Athletes

Class Description
Inspired by the workouts Neil created for the Division 1 athletes at UMBC, this session has it all- mobility, power, strength, and metabolic conditioning! Appropriate for all levels, just come ready to work!

The goal for this class is to get the heart rate up and then dont look back! Using weights, ropes, bikes, sleds and everything else we have we will keep you moving!

Boot Camp

The best of all worlds! An hour of work designed to make you stronger, interspersed with the right mobility drills to keep you moving well long after class has ended.

8:30-9:30AM
