Neil Wittmer
Neil believes that everyone can benefit from training like an athlete, whether you are a competitive athlete looking to play at the next level or a grandparent who wants to ski, hoop or carry your groceries until you are 100.
From his time as basketball player, to working as a Division 1 strength and conditioning Coach, to working with everyday athletes he has come to believe that teaching proper movement, building power & strength, while practicing mindfulness of nutrition and stress will help most people to be their best self.
In his free time Neil can be found on the basketball courts of Baltimore, on the C and O Canal, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
