Inspired by the workouts Neil created for the Division 1 athletes at UMBC, this session has it all- mobility, power, strength, and metabolic conditioning!

Class Description
The goal for this class is to get the heart rate up and then dont look back! Using weights, ropes, bikes, sleds and everything else we have we will keep you moving!

Saturday Morning Barbell Club
Begins 11/8
Saturday 830am-930am
Class Description
This class will focus primarily on the big 3 lifts of powerlifting (Squat, Bench, Deadlift) as well as assistance exercise to help complement these movements. Whether you have never picked up a barbell or are a seasoned competitive powerlifter, you will find what you need here. Our goal here is to help people build confidence and strength for life, and get STRONG.
Future plans for this class include creating a powerlifting team to actively compete in local powerlifting events, although that is completely optional.
