gROUP EXERCISE CLASS SCHEDULE
Class Description
Inspired by the workouts Neil created for the Division 1 athletes at UMBC, this session has it all- mobility, power, strength, and metabolic conditioning!
This class will be designed for the two days to be complementary, with both days being TOTAL BODY workouts, with one more biased more towards lower body and one biased more towards upper body.
Whether you do both or one day, you will see full body strength, core, mobility and athleticism improvements.
Appropriate for all ability levels!

Class Description
The goal for this class is to get the heart rate up and then dont look back! Using weights, ropes, bikes, sleds and everything else we have we will keep you moving!
This class will be designed for the two days to be complementary. One day will focus more on core, mobility and coordination and the other will focus more on conditioning, though each day will have elements of both.
Appropriate for all ability levels!

4 Classes/month- 80$ ($20/class)
8 Classes/month- 130$ ($16.25/class)
12 Classes/month- 180$ ($15.00/class)
Package is eligible for any class offering unless noted specifically
Package renews automatically 1 month after sign up etc
No refunds
No show for class still counts as a class used
Classes do not roll over into the following month
